Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate activities for seniors that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, and exercise classes.
• Provide one-on-one interactions with residents to encourage participation in activities.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity spaces.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
• Must be 21 with a clean driving record.
