Vision Mechanical is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Vision Mechanical is a Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Construction Company based in Lincoln, Ne.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Processing invoices into accounting software
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Knowledge of office management procedures
