What You’ll Do:
- Assemble wood components using tools & measurements
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Keep your work area safe & organized
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
What You'll Need:
- Tape measure skills & tool know-how
- Previous experience in truss assembly preferred.
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stay active all shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus!
- Reliable transportation & solid attendance
