Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto body repair technician.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certification in auto body repair is a plus.
