Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
Coordinate shop workflow efficiently using best-in-class systems.
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices.
Explain vehicle inspection results clearly and help customers prioritize repairs.
Order quality parts and manage inventory effectively.
Ensure every vehicle is returned clean and meets quality standards.
Build long-term client relationships and foster customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or automotive advising.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Professional demeanor suitable for representing a high-quality organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type 50+ words per minute accurately.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
