DR Automotive (Grantville, PA) is seeking an experienced and motivated Master Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We are a high-quality, customer-focused repair facility looking for a professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants to build a long-term career.
Position: Master Automotive Technician
Pay: $35–$45/hr Flat Rate (based on experience & certifications)
Schedule: Monday–Friday — NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities
Perform accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs on all makes and models
Complete maintenance services and repair orders efficiently
Communicate findings clearly to service advisors
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Provide excellent customer service through honest, reliable work
Qualifications
Master-level technician experience (you can accurately diagnose 98% of concerns with NO help, turn over 50hrs a week consistently, very little comebacks related to quality of work
Valid driver’s license
Inspection Licenses
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ASE certifications preferred (not required)
