We employ only skilled technicians — no lube or C-level positions — so our advisors can confidently recommend needed repairs. Our technicians work on a 100% flat-rate commission, aligning everyone’s success with shop performance and earning potential.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- At least 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Thorough understanding of estimates, repair orders, and warranty procedures
- Ability to explain technical repairs in clear, customer-friendly terms
- High level of accountability, urgency, and professionalism
- Passion for the automotive industry and delivering quality service
What We Provide
- Competitive, performance-driven compensation (100% commission) $60,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience and results)
