  • Benefits start after 30 days of hire

  • All major holidays are employer-paid PTO (7 total with Black Friday paid off)

  • Uniforms fully paid for

  • Toolbox moved to the shop at no cost to you

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models with accuracy and pride

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers — no guesswork or shortcuts

  • Document findings, follow proper repair procedures, and maintain an organized workspace

  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and professional shop environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience with tools

  • Certifications: ASE certifications preferred, but not required — we’ll help you earn them

  • Mindset: Quality-driven, detail-oriented, motivated to grow

  • Team Player: Someone who takes pride in their work and supports the team
