Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with phones, plans, and accessories
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending the best solutions
- Promote and sell wireless products while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and wireless technology
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional retail environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and interest in sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
No prior sales experience required — paid training is provided
