Position: Canvassing Manager
Take charge of a growing door-to-door canvassing team and enjoy a leadership role with high earning potential. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor canvassers, and drive results, all while earning $100K–$175K.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of canvassers
- Hire, train, and motivate canvassers for peak performance
- Plan daily mapping of neighborhoods to be canvassed
- Conduct team meetings and review performance
- Canvass older neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule inspections
Requirements
- Previous door-to-door canvassing leadership experience
- Excellent team management and coaching skills
- High energy, results-oriented, and motivated by team success
- Strong planning and communication abilities
Compensation
- Competitive salary, commission and performance-based bonuses
- Earning potential $100K–$175K
