Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person. We’ll provide full training to help you learn the skills and techniques needed to become an expert in professional carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning. We use truck mounted hot water extraction for carpet cleaning. We're hiring a carpet cleaner but this role would be cross trained to assist other duties in our business also.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning for residential and commercial clients
Assist with equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and appearance
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Support restoration and specialty cleaning projects as needed
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in doing a job well
Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer service
No experience required — we’ll train you!
Schedule & Pay
Full-time position
Typical schedule: Monday–Friday
Occasional weekend work as needed
