Location: Katy, TX (BVS Home Services)
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Earning Potential: Commission with earning potential between $120,000 - $140,000 (total compensation varies by experience and results)
About the Job
We’re looking for a confident and motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions. You’ll be provided with warm, pre-set leads (no cold calling) and the tools and training you need to succeed. This is a customer-facing sales role where you will educate clients, build trust, and close sales.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess comfort and system needs
- Recommend HVAC solutions and present clear, professional proposals
- Educate customers on financing, energy savings, and available upgrades
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Partner with the install team to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every home
- Participate in training, role plays, and team meetings to stay sharp
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical HVAC knowledge
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident working independently
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
