Position Summary: The Commercial HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and building automation. This individual will ensure high-quality standards in maintenance and customer satisfaction, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment for residents to our communities within a two hour radius of Omaha.
Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 3--5 years of experience in servicing building automation, temperature control, and mechanical control systems. Expertise in boilers, chillers, split systems, rooftop units, and VRF systems is essential. Journeyman or Master HVAC License (preferred), Universal EPA License (preferred), and OSHA 10 Certification (preferred). Candidates will have strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and customer service skills. They will have the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, co-workers, and visitors and competency in using computer systems for reporting and documentation. They will be resident focused and have high personal integrity and dependability to align with Vetter's values of compassion and quality care.
