Customer Experience & Content Coordinator (PT/FT | 7:30 AM Start)

SOMERSET AUTO REPAIR
Pay: $10–$12/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM start

SOMERSET AUTO REPAIR is looking for a friendly, dependable team member to help create an outstanding customer experience while capturing fun, real content from daily shop life.

You’ll be one of the first faces our customers see — setting the tone for the day — while also helping document what makes our shop unique.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and create a great first impression

  • Support the Service Advisor with daily front office tasks

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check customers in/out

  • Handle payments and communicate with customers and vendors

  • Follow up on previously declined services

  • Take daily photos and videos for social media and website content

  • Run local errands as needed

  • Help keep the office, lobby, kitchen, and bathrooms clean and organized


What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional

  • Reliable and ready to start at 7:30 AM

  • Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)

  • Automotive parts experience or familiarity with auto repair industry (preferred)

  • Able to lift 30+ pounds

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Photo/video skills are a plus
