Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S., D.M.D., or equivalent degree.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and free of restrictions.
  • Current DEA certificate.
  • Certified in BLS and AED and maintain recertification per licensure requirements.
  • Successful completion of credentialing process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment to patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
  • Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene practices
  • Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, and dentures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
