Job Title: Digital Marketing & AI Strategy Specialist
Location: Omaha, NE - Hybrid (in-office with remote flexibility)
Schedule: Full-Time | Limited local travel required – Mileage reimbursed
Compensation: $22–$28 per hour (DOE)
Position Summary:
Central Body Company, a legacy brand in RV and commercial vehicle repair, is undergoing a digital transformation, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Strategy Specialist to lead the charge. This is not just another marketing job, it’s a role for a creator-strategist hybrid who thrives at the bleeding edge of AI-assisted content creation, short-form video, platform algorithms, and performance analytics.
From crafting video-first campaigns tailored for TikTok and YouTube Shorts to using AI to streamline workflows and personalize ads, this position is built for someone who lives and breathes emerging trends in digital marketing and tech innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
?? AI-Enhanced Content Development
- Leverage platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Jasper to generate copy, captions, hashtags, and creative assets.
- Build and refine automated marketing workflows using AI and predictive analytics to scale campaign performance.
- Translate QuickBooks customer data and CRM insights into segmented messaging for hyper-targeted ad campaigns.
- Test and iterate AI-generated concepts quickly, moving from idea to published post in record time.
?? Trend-Driven Social Media Management
- Own our multi-channel presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms (e.g., Threads, Lemon8).
- Develop and maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar with attention to trending audio, algorithmic boosts, and platform-specific formats.
- Launch engaging, value-driven series like behind-the-scenes repair breakdowns, myth-busting shorts, and customer transformations.
- Build out hashtags and influencer micro-collaborations for local SEO and digital shareability.
?? Short-Form Video & On-Site Content
- Film, edit, and publish vertical-first content using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Capture dynamic B-roll at job sites, shop walkthroughs, team interviews, and project showcases to create a cohesive visual brand identity.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for mobile viewing and maintain brand voice and aesthetic consistency.
?? Website SEO & Paid Media (SEM)
- Continuously optimize website content, metadata, blog articles, and landing pages to improve Google rankings and page load speed.
- Launch and manage PPC campaigns via Google Ads, YouTube Pre-roll, Meta Ads, and geo-targeted remarketing efforts.
- Track SEO performance using SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Moz and adjust strategies based on algorithm changes.
?? Analytics, ROI Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Insights.
- Build detailed monthly dashboards to track KPIs such as CTR, engagement rate, CAC, and content virality.
- Recommend agile adjustments to increase conversion rates, ad relevance scores, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Demonstrated experience in digital-first campaigns, especially AI-generated content and short-form video strategy.
- Working knowledge of social media algorithms, trend cycles, and content performance signals across multiple platforms.
- Strong editing skills (video, image, and audio) using tools such as Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and paid ad performance optimization.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to work under tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
- Must be comfortable on-site for content shoots and light travel between locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Strong references or portfolio showcasing digital campaign results or social growth success.

- Have used AI to optimize content workflows (Zapier, Notion AI, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Have managed a viral video account or campaign (personal or professional).
- Are obsessed with algorithm shifts, TikTok trends, or YouTube SEO.
- Have experience marketing for automotive, industrial, or trade service brands.
