What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care.
- Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and high standards of safety.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture.
- Partner with leadership to support quality improvement, staffing, and strategic goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Nebraska or compact state license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- High personal integrity, a compassionate leadership style, and a positive professional presence.
- A commitment to quality care, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
