Job Description: Drain Specialist - Housing Hub

Location: Saint Paul, MN

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Drain Specialist to join our team in Saint Paul, MN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose drainage issues in residential properties
• Clear clogged drains using appropriate tools and techniques
• Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning drain pipes
• Perform preventative maintenance on drainage systems
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drain cleaning and repair
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and drainage components
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
• Familiarity with maintenance software is a plus

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
