Environmental Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage staff: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate EVS staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee operations: Manage daily housekeeping operations and handle day-to-day EVS issues.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage supplies: Oversee the purchase and inventory of cleaning supplies and other necessary materials.
• Conduct inspections: Perform regular inspections to monitor cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

• Education: High school diploma or GED is typically required. An associate's degree is often preferred.
