Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:
Revive is seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facilities and respond to day-to-day repair needs. This position will assist with general maintenance tasks and occasional on-call support as issues arise. Hours may fluctuate depending on maintenance needs.
Responsibilities may include:
Performing minor repairs and general facility maintenance
Plumbing fixes such as replacing toilets or fixtures
Drywall and ceiling tile repairs
Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
Light landscaping and exterior upkeep
Responding to maintenance requests as needed
Other duties assigned
Schedule:
Part-time with flexible hours. Some on-call availability is required as maintenance needs arise.
Qualifications:
Experience with general maintenance or handyman-type work preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building repairs is helpful
Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently
Reliable and responsive when maintenance needs occur
