Position: Field Marketing Manager
Earn a strong base salary plus commission, overrides, and bonuses as a Field Marketing Manager leading a growing canvassing team.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise a team of canvassers.
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team goals are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues during the canvassing process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
