Where: All 3 Minneapolis locations (within 3 miles)
When: Weekends required + flexible to float between shops
Pay: Hourly + tips (based on experience)
Reports to: CEO & COO

The Role
We’re looking for a Team Lead to jump in, lead by example, and help keep things running smoothly. You’ll be hands-on with the team while also stepping up when needed — opening/closing, floating between shops, and supporting the crew.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve guests, prep food, and keep things clean
- Open/close the shop and lead shifts
- Train new teammates & support the team
- Float between locations (they're all super close)
- Talk directly with the CEO/COO about day-to-day business
