Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Des Moines is hiring a high-energy, competitive Fitness Sales Associate to help drive studio growth and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is more than a front desk role, it’s a sales-focused position for someone who wants to grow with a performance-based brand.

You will be the first impression of our studio - in person and on social media - and play a key role in building our local fitness community.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering 12 virtual instructor-led workouts inside infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Growth

  • Deliver engaging, high-energy studio tours

  • Present membership options confidently and close sales

  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Member Experience

  • Greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Build relationships that increase retention and referrals

  • Guide members toward programs aligned with their goals

Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Support and create social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Represent the brand with confidence online and in-studio

Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment

  • Execute daily operational tasks and checklists

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11am–8pm
Friday: 9am–6pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm

Evening and weekend availability required.
