Join the HOTWORX General Manager Team
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio delivering innovative, results-driven workouts including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our patented infrared saunas provide MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME, designed for all fitness levels.
We’re looking for a high-energy, sales-driven leader to take ownership of one of our studio locations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and is motivated by hitting big goals and driving results.
What You’ll Do
Lead Your Studio
• Be the face of HOTWORX in your community
• Build strong relationships with members and local businesses
• Create a positive, high-energy studio culture
Drive Sales & Growth
• Meet and exceed membership and revenue goals
• Execute proven marketing, outreach, and social media strategies
• Generate leads through community partnerships and networking
Develop & Inspire Your Team
• Hire, train, and coach a strong sales team
• Set clear expectations and drive accountability
• Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and results
Oversee Studio Operations
• Manage scheduling, payroll, reporting, and studio standards
• Utilize CRM, POS, billing, texting, and email systems
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and delivering an exceptional member experience
