Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services on a variety of dog breeds with care and compassion.
- Provide baths, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning in accordance with grooming standards.
- Ensure all grooming tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of each pet's grooming history and update client information as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a groomer or completion of a professional grooming program.
- Passion for animals and understanding of various dog breeds and their grooming needs.
- Ability to handle pets with patience, kindness, and empathy.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor with clients and pets.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic to uphold grooming standards.
