Position: Home Improvement Canvassing Manager
We are looking for a proven canvassing leader to oversee our top performing door-to-door canvassing teams. This is a position focused on driving daily lead production and maintaining accountability in the field.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train canvassing representatives
- Run daily huddles and performance recaps
- Map and assign neighborhood territories
- Monitor KPIs and daily field activity
- Support teams in the field
Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years in door-to-door canvassing management
- Strong understanding of lead generating metrics
- Professional communication skills
