Position: Home Improvement Canvassing Manager
Manage and grow a field canvassing team — lead generation only, no selling
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train and manage a team of canvassers
- Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
- Schedule appointments for FREE estimates (No Selling Required)
- Achieve team targets and goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or team leader in Home Improvement Industry
Compensation:
- Salary, Commission, Bonus & Overrides
- Earn $100,000 to $350,000 per year
