- We are a 56-bed facility providing both skilled care and long-term care, with our census consistently running between 75%–80%. Nestled in the charming small town of Edgewood, Iowa, our community also includes a 27-apartment Assisted Living, operating at 80%–90% occupancy.
We are locally owned by a dedicated group of individuals committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our elderly population. Edgewood is best known for its Rodeo Days—a vibrant tradition that reflects the spirit of our town. While we may be small, we are mighty, working together to achieve great things.
We believe in making work enjoyable and rewarding. In addition to celebrating Nurses Week, CNA Week, and every holiday imaginable, we create our own fun! When there isn’t a holiday to celebrate, we find reasons to enjoy each other’s company—whether it’s anniversary celebrations, potlucks, or other team activities that keep our environment positive and relaxed.
We are administered by Healthcare of Iowa, bringing over 40 years of experience in managing Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities. Our leadership team is strong, supportive, and always ready to lend a hand.
