Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. in Columbus, NE as an HR Manager. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization and ensuring the success of our employees in the Columbus and Schuyler locations.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with Area Managers to ensure that our employees are equipped with the skills and resources they need to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees, conflict management, benefits, and other administrative duties. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as a team member.

In addition to managing day-to-day HR operations, the HR Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on HR metrics to drive organizational success and employee engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm

REPORTS TO: HR Director

JOB STATUS: Full-Time

PAY: TBD
