Inside Sales Representative – Spanish Speaking (Bilingual English/Spanish)

DF Supply, Inc. is a rapidly growing industry leader since 1982, and we are expanding our inside sales team. We are currently seeking a Spanish speaking bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team of 12 experienced sales professionals. Family owned and operated.

This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has experience in inside sales, inbound sales, account management, or customer service–driven sales environments.

This is an in-office position (not remote).
No cold calling. All leads and calls are inbound.

Key Responsibilities (Inside Sales / Bilingual Spanish):

• Answer inbound sales calls and inquiries in both Spanish and English

• Respond to inbound emails and quote requests

• Manage customer orders from quote to completion (A–Z)

• Prepare and deliver quotes for projects, jobs, and single-item applications

• Enter and review sales orders for accuracy

• Maintain detailed customer notes and follow-ups in the CRM

• Build long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and partners

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support

• Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities

• Prioritize daily sales activities to meet and exceed sales goals

• Use industry knowledge, existing relationships, and public information to develop new customer relationships
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – REQUIRED

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or customer service sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and confident

• Customer focused with a strong service mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a team-oriented sales environment

• High energy, organized, and detail oriented

• Sales experience in industrial, construction, distribution, or B2B environments is a plus (not required)

• Two compensation options:

  • Base salary plus commission

  • Commission-only option for high performers

• Expected earnings: ($40,000 Guaranteed) to $75,000+ annually, with uncapped upside
