What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning (NFPA 96 compliance knowledge is a plus)
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right
• Desire to grow beyond “just another job”
• Willingness to relocate to Fargo or commute as needed
• Ability to learn and follow our detailed systems and customer standards
