What This Role Looks Like
You’ll be running jobs — not just showing up to install.
Own the project from layout to final walkthrough
Build high-quality decks (framing, decking, stairs, rail — done right)
Lead a small crew and set the standard on site
Communicate clearly with homeowners and the PM
Stay ahead of problems and keep the job moving
