Job Summary

The Leasing Manager at Housing Hub in Saint Paul, MN, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process for residential properties. This includes marketing available units, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Market available units through various channels to attract potential tenants
• Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks and verifying income
• Negotiate lease terms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease signings
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management or real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing best practices
• Proficiency in property management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
