Job Description
Croker Huck has an immediate opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The individual will be responsible for assisting a team of attorneys with administrative and legal tasks in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
Job Responsibilities
- Document preparation and management
- Electronically file documents with the courts, along with the city, county, and federal offices
- Coordinate attorney schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and state personnel
- Maintain and organize client files
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of legal experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
