Identifying and evaluating project-specific standards and requirements and ensuring that they are diligently applied at every stage;
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process).
Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances using root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5-Why) and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate quality issues. NC management pertains to suppliers, internal corrective actions, and non-conformances identified by customers.
Customer and Certification Support: Interface with customers and third-party auditors to demonstrate compliance with quality standards, supporting certification of special processes and new part qualifications.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards and drive new part/supplier qualification.
Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, report on performance, and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes.
Draft and approve procedures and reports;
Participate in the promotion, implementation, and deployment of practices focused on a continuous improvement approach;
Carry out the necessary interventions according to the project in order to support the culture of quality within the organization.
