Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain agency facilities and vehicles to ensure a safe, well-working environment for staff, clients, families, and community members.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete minor repairs in facilities including plumbing, construction, concrete work, etc.
- Assist in unloading the commodity truck as needed.
- Maintain the underground sprinkler system.
- Mow and trim the Loup City buildings
- Complete work orders within the 21-county service area.
- Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures
- Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience working in construction and/or maintenance (Tools provided)

- Knowledge of power tools
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with others
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm
REPORTS TO: HR Director
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
