Ness Auto Sales and Service, a trusted automotive sales and service provider in Lodi, WI, is seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. If you’re proficient in QuickBooks and excel in managing office operations, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile financial statements and maintain precise records.
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management.
- Enter Payroll information in the payroll system.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
- Support sales and service teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Required: Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing accounts payable/receivable and financial reconciliation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
