Join Our Team as an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant!
Are you a skilled and compassionate dental professional looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity? Kimball & Beecher is seeking an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our team and work alongside our Oral Surgeon. This unique role involves traveling between all nine of our Iowa locations: Des Moines, Marshalltown, Bettendorf, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Bondurant, and Fairfield, so flexibility and adaptability are key!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Oral Surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures
Prepare surgical instruments and ensure a sterile environment
Take and process radiographs as needed
Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and support
Help patients feel comfortable and informed before, during, and after procedures
Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the dental team at each location
Qualifications:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of Iowa required
Experience in oral surgery is a plus, but we are willing to train the right dental assistant candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and comfortable traveling between multiple locations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
