Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and develop new dealership, commercial, and fleet accounts. This role is focused on relationship-based selling, account development, and delivering complete aftermarket and upfitting solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
This is a hunter role—you will be responsible for opening doors, building trust, and turning opportunities into long-term accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and establish new dealership, commercial, and fleet accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Present and sell aftermarket upfitting solutions for:
Trucks and Jeeps
Commercial vehicles
Fleet vehicles
Maintain deep knowledge of aftermarket products including (but not limited to):
Suspension, wheels, tires, lighting, accessories, bed products, steps, racks, and fleet solutions
Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and solution walkthroughs
Collaborate closely with internal sales and shop teams to ensure seamless execution
Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and account activity consistently
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Represent the Freedom Forged 4x4 brand professionally at all times
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automotive, aftermarket, fleet, or related industries
Strong product knowledge of aftermarket accessories for trucks, Jeeps, and commercial/fleet vehicles
Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High level of professionalism and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable with frequent local travel and in-person client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with automotive dealerships or fleet managers
Understanding of upfitting workflows and installation processes
CRM experience and disciplined pipeline management
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
