What You’ll Do
Run company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing.
Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail improvement projects.
Prepare clear, detailed estimates and explain product, warranty, and insurance options to homeowners.
Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure proper scope and repair coverage.
Build lasting customer and referral relationships within the Ferguson community.
Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events, including BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and neighborhood business associations.
Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and trade contractors to develop strong referral pipelines.
Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with open prospects.
Help clients with color selections, material choices, and contract finalization.
Attend weekly team meetings to review strategy, goals, and performance.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred).
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Comfortable learning and explaining the insurance claims process.
Physically able to climb and inspect roofs safely.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Team-oriented professional with integrity and a positive attitude.
Performance Goals
Achieve $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.
Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.
Balance company-provided and self-generated leads (50/50).
Cultivate 10+ new referral partnerships each month.
