Meet with homeowners.
Understand their vision.
Guide them through the project.
Help them move forward with confidence.
You won’t be estimating.
You won’t be designing projects.
Our estimating and design team handles that so you can stay focused on what you do best — building trust and closing projects.
You’ll be selling high-quality outdoor living spaces with a team that takes pride in the work and supports each other.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Black Label Built is hiring an Outdoor Living Outside Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and guide them through their outdoor living project.
You’ll run in-home consultations, understand the client’s vision, gather project details, and work with our estimating team to deliver proposals.
Your role is to guide the homeowner through the decision process and help them move forward with confidence.
Once a project is sold, you’ll hand it off to our production team with clear notes so the build starts smoothly.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
1. Revenue Sold — Consistently closing outdoor living projects and contributing to company revenue.
2. Closing Percentage — Turning qualified consultations into signed projects.
COMPENSATION
Commission Structure:
7% Commission — Uncapped
Your income is directly tied to the projects you close.
High performers who consistently close projects have the opportunity to earn six figures or more.
