This role is perfect for someone who understands the collision repair workflow, is familiar with CCC ONE or Estimator platforms, and enjoys keeping the shop running smoothly by making sure the right parts are ordered, received, organized, and ready for the technicians.

YOUR ROLE

  • Parts Oversight: Order parts through PartsTrader and vendor platforms based on repair plans. Work directly with technicians during teardown to identify all necessary parts. Assist with supplements by helping estimators capture additional parts needed. Maintain accurate parts logs, tracking, and delivery timelines daily.

  • Receive Inventory: Receive, inspect, and verify parts for accuracy and damage. Organize and stage parts for each repair order. Post and reconcile parts invoices daily using CCC ONE or related tools. Return incorrect or damaged parts and manage credits.

  • Documentation & Coordination: Keep repair orders updated with real-time parts status. Upload invoices, packing slips, and documentation into CCC. Support the estimator/service writer with supplement documentation when additional parts are needed. Coordinate sublet vendors when parts-related services are required (radiators, glass, mechanical, etc.).

  • Team Communication: Work closely with technicians, estimators, and front office staff to keep repairs moving. Communicate proactively about parts ETAs, delays, shortages, or missing items. Help ensure vehicles are ready for on-time delivery by staging and verifying all parts before repair.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Knowledge: Consistent work history. At least one (1) year of experience in a collision repair shop in a position such as a Parts Coordinator, Receiving Coordinator, or similar role preferred. Familiarity with collision systems, parts, and repair processes is highly beneficial. An entrepreneurial spirit displayed in self-motivation and professional growth.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and customers. A positive attitude and excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail, scheduling, and prioritization skills. Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment. Proficient with CCC One management system preferred.
  • Ability: Ability to climb, bend, push, lean, twist, reach, kneel, crouch, and perform other maneuvers associated with the job. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving check (Motor Vehicle Record), felony/misdemeanor background check, and drug screen.
