Job Description

Responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to Home Health patients, following the treatment plan developed by a physical therapist and the rules and regulations of the North Dakota Physical Therapy Practice Act. Completes all required documentation relating to treatment.

? Licenses and Certifications Required ? Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire ? Licensed in ND as a Physical Therapy Assistant ? Educational Requirements ? Experience Requirements ? Preferably two years experience as a physical therapy assistant ? Special Skills or Training Requirements ? Able to communicate orally with patients ? Organize time well to meet job expectations
