Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Location: Sacramento, CA (travel to nearby commercial properties)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections across our commercial properties. This is a field-based position with daily variety and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance and repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and janitorial work.
- Inspect properties and address maintenance or safety issues.
- Complete work orders promptly and communicate with tenants and management.
- Travel between sites using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Qualifications
- Experience in building or property maintenance preferred.
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
