Overview

An established property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations, client communication, and property oversight. We are looking for a dependable, team-oriented professional seeking a long-term career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with owners, tenants, and vendors in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve issues efficiently and follow through to completion
  • Walk properties and show units to prospective tenants or clients
  • Use property management software to manage tasks, records, and updates
  • Coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed
  • Collaborate with internal office staff to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of property management experience
  • Experience using Yardi and other property management software
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office 365)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Outgoing demeanor with strong phone etiquette
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
