Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager at Thrift World in Omaha Area, NE!

We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail manager to join our team at Thrift World. As a retail store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. You will work closely with our team to maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

Pay: $70,000 annually plus bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure proper merchandising and inventory management
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Must be willing to relocate outside of Nebraska.
