Position Summary
The Route Delivery Merchandiser – is a touch-freight role responsible for delivering, rotating, and merchandising products to company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring product quality, presentation, and accurate delivery.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Transport and unload products to convenience stores and schools.
Deliver, rotate, and merchandise products on shelves, displays, and cold equipment
Merchandise shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to company standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through superior service
Communicate store-level issues, competitive threats, and business opportunities to leadership
Maintain organized backstock areas
Keep coolers, racks, and shelves clean
Collect breakage, out-of-date product, empty shells, and pallets
Ensure accurate accounting of all cases and customer transactions
Maintain proper care of product, equipment, and route settlement daily
Comply with DOT regulations for driving
Assist with training, coaching, and development of delivery merchandiser trainees
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum 21 years of age
Ability to meet and maintain DOT physical requirements
Compliance with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety policies
Regular and prompt attendance
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Maintain a neat, professional appearance per company guidelines
Ability to protect the safety and security of company assets
Ability to use company-provided technology and resources
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills
