We’re seeking someone with strong closing skills, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with others. As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through their home furnishing journey-listening to their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and helping them find pieces that reflect their lifestyle and taste.
LOCATION: - Becker, MN SCHEDULE: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure you are working during peak customer hours and the best sales opportunities. This schedule also allows you to schedule your personal weekday appointments and get your shopping done without fighting the crowds!

Sales Associates are the welcoming face of furniture Mart-greeting every customer with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. They do more than just sell furniture; they help customers bring their vision to life by offering expert guidance and personalized recommendations.
Sales Associates listen closely to each client’s needs and assist in selecting the right pieces to fit their style, budget, and space. With a focus on building relationships and creating an exceptional shopping experience, they help turn houses into homes.
NO SALES EXPERIENCE? Not a problem! We have an extensive training program that will thoroughly educate you on all types of furniture and sales techniques. We will take the time to foster and develop your unique strengths.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Sales (preferred)
- Bilingual a PLUS
