What You Will Do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.

  • Partner with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

  • Engage with executives and decision-makers to understand their business needs and introduce Asure’s HCM solutions.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and support the sales cycle.

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity using Salesforce CRM.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity and opportunity-generation targets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary of $22 - $24 per hour with performance-based incentives.
