Position: Sales Director
We’re growing fast and seeking an experienced Sales Leader to take ownership of our roofing and home improvement division. This role is built for someone who understands the industry, knows how to develop high-performing teams, and can consistently drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage roofing sales representatives
- Coach the team on selling and closing techniques
- Monitor sales performance and improve conversion rates
- Set clear sales targets and hold the team accountable
- Drive revenue growth and overall team productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of home improvement sales management experience
- Background in home improvements especially roofing
- Experience managing at least 20 sales representatives
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
